ToothWelding, revolutionizing dental care

Experience the future of dental treatments with our advanced ultrasonic technology. Ensuring precise, long-lasting fillings, root canals, and prosthetics.

Advanced Dental Restorations:
Ultrasonic Precision for Quick, Reliable Fixes

Our fixation technology, initially developed for bone fixation, has found applications in the dental field. Check the steps below to understand how fixation through ultrasonic energy works.
Step 1
The controlled and gentle instrument, combined with the ultrasonic vibration through the sonotrode, guide the thermoplastic implant into the pre-drilled hole in the bone.
Step 2
Upon contact, the shearing forces between the bone and polymer react, causing small amounts of polymer to lequify.
Step 3
The liquid polymer flows into the trabecular tissue structure, immediately solidifies and provides a mechanically stable bond to the bone after only a few seconds.
